Copr Bay
The Swigg
The Swigg is a cosy Café by day and a sophisticated wine bar by night, serving top quality delicatessen, elegant wines, refreshing cocktails, smooth coffee and more.
As well as Swansea Arena, the £135m Copr Bay phase one district developed by Swansea Council and advised by development managers RivingtonHark includes a 1.1-acre coastal park, the new bridge over Oystermouth Road, spaces for leisure and hospitality businesses, new apartments and plenty of car parking.
The arena element of the scheme is part-funded by the £1.3bn Swansea Bay City Deal, with the Welsh Government part-funding the bridge via the Active Travel initiative.
